Doctor Who: Vincent and the Doctor

I thought this episode was all right. Perhaps better than the last Croatia episode... certainly the plot was less annoying, but this episode suffers from a LACK OF A CERTAIN IMPORTANT CHARACTER (because I usually save spoilers for under the cut I don't really want to say, haha). I didn't feel very emotionally engaged by the episode, either. I don't have much to say about it. Nonetheless, what I do have to say is below the cut.
