Doctor Who: The Big Bang

I've already discussed this finale to a great extent in the comments of my "my TV died ;_;" post (by the way, we have a new TV now. It is massive and digital. I love it.), but I think I need to collate all my thoughts that I remember thinking into a nice, coherent post! (For certain definitions of "coherent".)

In short, and in a non-spoilery way, I loved it. I thought it was epic, had a perfect mix of funny and serious moments, was fascinating... just yes all around. My favourite NuWho finale by far, although it doesn't seem fair to compare it to RTD's, er, efforts.

Now that is over, I can't imagine that I'll stop posting Doctor Who related posts entirely until the Christmas special finally airs. I might watch or rewatch older episodes, or post more general speculation, or possibly fanfic (would you believe, I actually started one! AND it got to 1,781 words, and then I got bored...). WE'LL SEE. But I'll totally do it. ;D
